Dreams Come True Read online

Maya blushed. “Well, that was easy! That’s where I’m from! But you got a ten on the first literature assignment. I don’t know how you did it.”

“I think it’s because I really like reading.”

“And you were fantastic at the first aerobatics lesson.”

“Oh, that’s only because I have been secretly watching flying lessons since I was little!” Cleo said.

Cleo was the only Melowy who didn’t know which of the four realms she came from. She grew up at the Castle of Destiny after the school principal found her on the front steps when she was just a baby. She’d never been allowed to mix with the students who lived in the castle, until this year. The day of the entrance exam she discovered that she was a Melowy as well. All at once, her dreams had come true. Best of all, she made four new friends, each from a different realm.

Danielle Star has done a bit of everything. She’s been an assistant cook at a famous French pastry shop, the editor of a fashion magazine, and a dance teacher. Once she started writing, though, she never stopped. Today she lives in the English countryside with her five horses; her cat, Sugar Cube; and her dog, Fluffy. Every morning before she starts writing, she drinks a big wild strawberry smoothie and reads a good book.
